Excluding Sheets in a Report

I'm a little confused, in some of my reports under the "Where?" I have a checkbox option that allows me to to report on all sheets excluding the ones I have checked. I'm trying to build a new report that is going to report on a majority of our sheets except a select few.

I'd rather include them all and exclude the few rather than select all but a few sheets. However, that checkbox option is not available in my new report. So what logical process am I missing that allows for that checkbox to appear?

Sure can! The first screenshot is a report that allows me to exclude sheets, the second is a new report I created and I want to exclude on it as well, but you can see there is no checkbox to allow me to do that. Trying to figure out what I'm missing.

I have not, still puzzled as to why that checkbox is not available for this report. Even if I start over fresh with a new report that checkbox is not available. Was this functionality removed and is only available with reports that were created previously?

Maybe it has something to do with the unknown sheet?

That could potentially be the issue, I wouldn't know how to replicate or test that. I was able to work around it by copying the other reports and then just assigning it to the correct people after some changes. That will work for us.
