Filtered Views for External Collaborators

Hello, i am not sure what the best way is to accomplish this. I have a smartsheet that i would like to collaborate with outside vendors. I would like to avoid chopping up the data and giving every vendor their own sheet. I will be adding new data weekly. Update request won't work because they could be getting 20+ lines at a time. I like the idea of publishing an editable version but i don't want vendors to be able to see other vendors information. I thought reports could accomplish this but reports can't be published as editable. Basically what i have is a sheet with supplier name, sku number, a po number, expected ship date, a blank column asking the vendor to confirm the expected ship date, and a blank column for notes the vendor can make. I want the vendor to be able to fill in the 2 blank columns. Again, automatic update requests are out of the question as it was taking them too long to review each one. Any suggestions?
