Form Submission Automation

Faculty can submit a request for a course copy via a Smartsheet form I created. In the form, they are required to enter the name of their Program Director/Chair.

If the name of the person requesting the course copy is different than the Program Director/Chair, I'd like to send an automatic request for approval from the Program Director/Chair. 

I tried to see if there was a way in the workflow to request approval if the Requester (Name) was not equal to the Program Director/Chair (Name). However, I can only see a way to enter a value, which will vary by program.

So, for example, if Requester Doe completes the form (and in the form includes ProgramChair Doe as the program chair), I'd like for Smartsheet to automatically sent a request to approve the course copy once the form is submitted.

if the Program Director/Chair is the Requester, there is no need to send a request for approval.
