Formatting messages between users

Hello Experts

We use the comments section as in image attached, MasAsInSS.png

You can see that it is formatted into paragraphs and that it is tagged to people so they can receive it in their email. However, the way they receive it in the email is as in image MsgAsInEmail.png which is not showing the paragraph formatting.

Is their a way to enter the message in the message window so that it appears formatted when opened by the recipient in his/her email inbox? May be there are any formatting codes that one can enter to forcibly create the hard returns in the target email.

Can anyone help out please.

Hello,

I reached out to our Support team about this and they were able to confirm that this is behaving as expected.

At this time I don't have a workaround that would allow you to accomplish this, but when you have a moment, please submit a Product Enhancement Request (you’ll find a link to this here in Community under Quick links on the right).

I am sure this will be a good add on feature if it is developed.
