Is there a way to be able to create a radio button question that will allow you to select more than one answer? I have selected the radio button vertical view but I need the audience to be able to select more than one location.

Question: Please indicate the meeting date(s)/location(s) that you attended:

June 11/12 Hyatt Regency LAX, Los Angeles

June 13/14: Hotel Kabuki, San Francisco

June 18/19: The Bellevue Hotel, Philadelphia

June 20/21: Westin Ft. Lauderdale Beach Resort, Ft. Lauderdale

June 25/26: Hyatt Rosemont, Chicago

June 27/28: Hyatt Regency, Scottsdale

Hi Nancy,

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's a great idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

As a workaround, you could use multiple columns or a third-party integration like Google Forms.

Would that work?
