I have created a form from a Smartsheet and when I preview it, it appears to be correct. I have left out columns that I do not need to have a user enter. These are a checkbox column and also three columns at the end which I use for formulas/metrics. Is there a way to hide these in the form?

Hi,

Yes, in the form setup you can select to hide the specific fields.

Thanks! that is great news, however, I can't figure out where to hide them. They are not listed on my preview. I've copied in a snip. The field I have circled on the right is the one which shows up in my "live" form, even though it is not visible in the preview version.

Thank you so much! Turns out I was trying to use a form when I really needed to be using "Update Request"
