This is my current formula and it is working fine.
=IF([New/Existing]2 = "New" = AND(Segment2 = "Broker"), 0.4, 0.6)
I want to add that if New/Existing is BLANK - to not return anything. Not sure how I can modify this. Help?

=IF(ISBLANK([New/Existing]2,"", IF[New/Existing]2 = "New" = AND(Segment2 = "Broker"), 0.4, 0.6))
