Formula Question

Hi There. 

I have a sheet, very much like a project tracking sheet, with a few adjustments.  I have a start date / due date / completion date, as well as a status column.   I would like to create a column that has green/yellow/red dot based on the status being not started or in progress AND relative to the due date.

We have the formula that works for time based on due date; however, can I add another statement to include the status OR if the completed date isn't filled in, then it shows it?
