Functional Requirements in Smartsheet

Hello,

Our project team recently transitioned to Smartsheet. I am currently deciding how we will develop Functional Requirements (e.g. Excel, Smartsheet, Word, One Note, etc.) and eventually test cases. Is there anyone using Smartsheet in this capacity who would be willing to share their experience (pros/cons) and template examples?

I have exactly the same need. We want to create functional requirement specs in smartsheet and link them as tickets in Jira. Currently we are preparing specs in word, then manually from spec in smartsheet list of requirements and then (not yet done) automatically create tickets in Jira.

Hi there, I'm trying to find the functional requirement specs in smartsheet but can't seem to find one that I can collaborate. Can someone point me to that please?

I tried looking at solutions centre but can't spot any. Attached is the one I'm after to do a collaboration.

I too am looking for the similar kind of thing as the OP. In addition, we need to be able to track the interdependencies between Business Requirements, Stakeholder Requirements, functional requirements, non-functional requirements. Essentially the items shown in the doc from Ellen Tan above.

Tools like REQTEST (https://reqtest.com/features/requirement-management/) enable this, but we are deeply into using Smartsheet and it would be great if we could use it for this purpose too.
