Graphing Data

Hello All, I am trying to build a graph of data and I was hoping someone had some ideas for me.

Scenario:  Multiple locations use a form to input data on incidents that occur at their location. The form has them input incident type (from a dropdown list), time of day (from a dropdown list), their location (from a dropdown list), and the date (from a date picker). Each one of these elements are separate columns in a worksheet, in one row.

Solution Needed:  Provide a graph for each location on a dashboard displaying number of incident types reported by time of day, day of the month, month of the year.

This is very similar to a scatter or plot chart and I know these are not available Smartsheet but I was hoping somebody would have some ideas.
