How can I allocate part-time resources to tasks

I have a number of resources that work a specific number of hours a week but on a flexible basis and want smartsheet to be able to recognize that % allocation based on the number of hours that the resource is available?

Is there a way that I can record the number of hours that a resource is available and ensure that I am only allocating these against multiple projects?

Nope. Resource allocation and management is incredibly limited.

Hi Vicki,

As Robert said, it is not available yet. Smartsheet is working on enhancing the resource abilities but I don't know what the schedule is to implement.
