How do you change (or can you change) the owner of a sheet?

I am managing the implementation of Smarsheet for our organization.  I recently created a sheet to 'test' various capabilities and to determine if it might work for sharing specific information needed throughout our organization.  It does; however, now another person (rather than myself) will be managing the information of the sheet with all others only able to view the information.

 

How do I change the ownership of the sheet from myself to the new user?
