huge pdf file size

I have a schedule with 1300 items. The resulting pdf is over 100 MB. What am I doing wrong?

That is certainly a large PDF! How many pages is it? Try printing only the grid (not the Gantt), does that help?

Template with Dynamic view and Control Center
One of our templates relies on dyanmic view. Will the settings for Dynamic View stay in place when new project is created? All projects are created using Control Center. I've already searched in the Community, looked a articles, and learning.
