hello,

I am new to smartsheets and I am trying it out for 30days. I did some work on an imported spreadsheet and thought that I saved it but signing into my account today I can't find the work! what "open" brings up are the workspaces with only new rows available. Please help!

    Hi,

Your imported sheet is probably located in the folder called Sheets. Can you maybe share a screenshot of what you see? That would make it easier to help you.

    Hope that helps!

    Have a fantastic week!

Try clicking on the Home Icon in the upper-left of the toolbar. If you expand that toolbar there is also a recently opened list (see screenshot below). One of those locations should have your imported sheet. Be sure to also check your auto-save settings in User Icon > Personal Settings > Settings > Auto-Save... you can set this to autosave every minute.

  • Thanks Mike,

I was able to get into my file in the sheets folder but that file has rows not in view! it said that the rows met the filter criteria! I still need your help for information.

I will await your response. Thanks.

It sounds like you have a filter applied to the dateset. Check out my screenshot below to see how to remove the filter.
