Issue Tracker link to resource views

Hi,

we recently used smartsheet's issue tracker but would like to link it to our resources views so we get correct allocation of our engineers.

Right now, the resource views seemed to connect to projects only.  How do we get allocation of engineers in issue tracker sheets appear in the resources view.
