Lines disappearing from smart sheet

hello everyone,

I’m wondering if anyone els is having this issue that I’ve been having for a while. My team and I have noticed that we are loosing lines of data without anyone from the team deleting it. I was scepticke at first when an employee told me that, but came to elizecthat it is true when it happened to me a few times. I don’t know if it’s s glitch or what, but we would enter a job in on a new line and update the status a few times on that particular line. And then out of know where the line is nowhere to be found. Has anyone els has this issue? The sheet that we use is about 300-400 lines and has about 5-6 people working on it simultaneously.
