I'm new to Smart Sheet and it seems that it could work well for our company. One of the first Qs I have is how to 'use' a web form. I have created one but I don't see how to make the form apear on my iphone. The 'sheet' is visible but not the web form. What am I missing?

Thanks.

Webforms will not appear in the mobile app.  What you will need to do is copy the webform link and add it to your mobile device home screen as a shortcut.

A workaround that I have done for my comany is, I have created Sights dashboards for each of my staff (myself too) and I have links to all the webforms we would need access to.  I can then access the sight through the smartsheet mobile app.  This has saved us from having to maintain a lot of separate shortcuts on our mobile devices, plus I can add or remove webform links to all devices system wide.

    Neat idea Chuck.

I'm new to Smartsheet too, and also having this issue. I understand what you're saying Chuck, but where do I find the link to the webform, rather than the link to the sheet?

    Thanks.

Not sure if this is new or a bug, but I created a form on the web app. When I sent the link to the form from mail to a user (or myself), and open it in the app, the form is then saved to my home page. I am able to open the form and make submissions at any time.

My employee got a new iphone 8. when I send the links to three separate company web forms, he recieves them, opens them, but there is no way to save it to his home screen. It's like we have no options at all when he is in the link. If I go to my icon and web form already saved on my phone I have the option just pop up on the bottom menu for everything from posting to sites to saving to home screen

He needs these webforms on his iphone to submit site work done and uses them all the time. I've asked and searched multiple people and sites. I'm not sure if this is a Iphone 8 issue. Please advise.

When your employee opens the email on their iPhone, have them hold down on the link to the webform until the menu appears.  Then choose open in Safari.  One the webform is open, you can the click the send to icon (Square box with an up arrow).  There will be an option in the bottom row to add to Home Screen.
