I know there are multiple comments about Outlook, but I want to make sure our need is known. We are due to renew our annual Team Subscription and the only complaint from management is that we can't integrate Smartsheet with Outlook. This is causing requirements to look for other options when our team does not want to change. We need the ability to create usable calendars and use Outlook data. The current calendar view is worthless with the one truncated line without times or details. Please let us know when you plan to expand to provide this important feature for large companies that use Exchange servers for Outlook. Thanks!

Following for Smartsheet employee response. We also need to be able to inegrate Smartsheet with Outlook. We have tried multiple routes, including updating to Office 365 with still no luck.

    Hi Laura,

Smartsheet for Outlook has the following stipulations:

    - You must be using Office 365 for Business Online.

    - On-premises (locally hosted) servers aren't supported.

    - Your Office 365 Admin must allow installation of apps for Office. (Speak with your IT team for details on this.)

    - You must be using a version of Outlook that allows apps for Office (such as the Outlook Web App, or Outlook 2013 or newer).

If you're confident that your organization meets the above and you're still experiencing issues with setting up the integration, please email Support@Smartsheet.com

Otherwise, if you don't meet one of those requirements, please elaborate on your configuration.

@Stan - Thank you for the feedback.  We've taken a note internally of the request, and I'd also like to follow up with you directly to learn more about your use case. Email on its way.
