Hi,

 

Is there a way to send a personal to do list that is created as an amalgamation of one person's tasks in multiple smart sheets?

 

i.e. If John Doe needs to do X in Project A, Y in Project B and Z in Project C, is there a live to do list that lists this for him? Where if he checks it off it gets updated in all smart sheets?

    You should be able to use a report to do this. It can be configured to look for tasks associated with one (or several if needed) people across multiple sheets and updating the report is reflected back to the original sheet (if the person has the appropriate permissions of course).

     

    Try it out. The report builder is fairly intuitive to use...
