Re-opening forms

Is it possible to re-open a form that is only partially completed but was submitted? We have fields in a form that need be completed at a different time and/or by a different person.

Hi,

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's a great idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

As a workaround, you could send an update request after they submit the initial form.

Would that work?

You might consider sending an update request. Look at my solution on this thread to check out how I set up an update request based on the status of a cell changing... you could do something similar and only send them the cells you need them to update.

Thanks, I had considered this possibility but it is quite time consuming when it needs to be done on a regular basis.

You can set up an automatic update request thru the Alerts & Actions.

I was thinking of automatic update requests as well.

Update requests are fine and all except you lose the entirety of your original question... making it not really fine at all. No, putting the question in as the column header is not a viable option.

There really needs to be some better functionality such as have a "question" field similar to the "description field" that can be displayed in intake forms and update requests alike.
