cuando modifico esta plantilla usando insertando  lineas arriba o hacia abajo, las letras resultan de color rojo, al respecto , que debo hacer para solucionar este inconveniente.

    It sounds like you are referring to auto-filling formats. When you add a new row to your sheet, it will inherit the formatting from nearby rows. To undo this, after the format is added to the row, click the Undo button on your toolbar.
