Good morning,

In the Team level, I had access to a report that showed me all Users per sheet/report, so that when someone left/changed departments, I could easily see what access they had.

This report is no longer available to me since we went to the Enterprise level, and our SysAdmin says that the report only shows them license holders, not users.

FYI that I am told we do not automatically add new employees to the Smartsheet platform, but only upon request. I don't know if that is a factor in not seeing users, or not.

We are considering moving from Team to Enterprise level so the answer to this question could affect our decision.  Hope someone on the forum can provide more information.
