Report Blank

Hi,

I'm trying to create a report based on a sheet I'm an admin on, but it's coming up blank.  I build the report based on that sheet, so all the column match.  If I select a different sheet it works & shows all the information.  I tried deleting it & starting over, still seeing nothing. Not sure what's going on.  Help?

Thanks!

Are you sure the criteria are set correctly? Once I managed to filter out everything with a wrongly set "NOT" or something like that.

You write the other sheet is OK, so there must be something wrong w/ the criteria

  • Afraid not.  Here's screen grabs of my builder.  I'm just trying to make a printable report, so not asking it to look at data even.

Have no idea... It should list all the data in the Primary Column... Maybe someone else can help...

Hi Mel, I would be happy to take a look if you would like to share the sheet and report with me as an Admin!

  • Well, it has sensitive materials in it, so I'm afraid I can't.  It's so strange because if I change the sheet it's reporting from it works fine, it's just the one sheet.  Afraid this will just be an unsolved case.  Thanks anyway!

    Mel,

Your Report shows "Matching rows found: 0" which is odd.

Is there something with the sheet itself?

Have you tried adding criteria to see what happens?

Click on "Who?' and you should see all the Contact List types in the sheet.

Click on "What?" and you should see all columns.

I don't think the problems is the Report, it is the sheet.

    Craig

  • I went to try this out today, and the report is working now!  I didn't change anything, maybe the owner of the sheet did & didn't tell me.  Either way, it's working & that's great!  :)  Thanks for helping!

Try changing the "AND"s into "OR"s on the report builder.
