Report with contact details

Hi,
I want to create report with contact details based on data from my sheet. The problem I have is that in sheet I have some duplicates. Is there a way to add only one of duplicates to the report?

I don't believe this is possible. You can export the file to use Google Sheets with the =unique formula to pull all the unique rows.
