Report error with RYGG Ball column

Hello!

 

I have a report pulling from eight different sheets, and there is one line that is appearing that does not match the report criteria. It has been this way for weeks; I assumed there was a glitch in the system that would be worked out.

 

The criteria is as follows:

- "Status" column (RYGG Ball) is blank

AND

- "Due Date" is in the past

  • Hi Brittany-- It looks like your report may be pulling in some stale sheet data, so I just manually refreshed your reports from our back-end, which may resolve the issue. If not, please share your report and the source sheet with me at Kennedy.Stomps@Smartsheet.com with Admin permissions so I can take a closer look at it.

    You have done this before to resolve Report issues.

    Is there something we can do on our side to perform the same or similar? Clearing the cache perhaps? If the problem occurs across browsers it is definitely on the server side.

    Are these issue due to trying to speed up the Report response?

    If so, there needs to be a way for the end-user to clear the blockage, whatever it may be.

     

    An incorrect Report used for task lists, for example, could result in minutes or hours lost because the task list is wrong. All those minutes and hours add to the cost of ownership.
