Reports Book Not Working

Hi,

Not sure if anyone can help me on this, as Support haven't responded after emails sent 3 weeks ago...

I have created a report that pulls in information from different sheets, on specific criteria. when i set this criteria in the filters section on each individual sheet, i return 243 results from all 3 sheets combined together. However, when i run the report, with the same criteria, i only get 120 results in total! also, the information is all muddled up, as it doesnt actually meet the criteria set when you delve into it!

Not sure if anyone has experienced this or know what may be causing the bug?

Hi,

Bit difficult to explain without going into the detail of how everything links together, but i have attached pictures of the criteria set in the report builder, and the filters i set in each sheet. I think they should produce the same results, but they dont, as explained above.

Does this make sense?? Sorry, not too sure how to explain!!

It looks like the Job Pack Completion Date and the Actual Engineering Completion (Date?) is what's causing the discrepancy.

Is that the case?

They are very similar dates in my head, which is why that was not even registering!! Apologies for the stupid mistake!!!
