I have a serious problem that all of our reports are not refreshing correctly. 


We have many many sheets across different departments. Many people rely on their reports and for some reason when the reports are refreshed the new data is not coming through.


Because of the holidays I am unable to get through to anyone at Smartsheet.


This is taking place across different sheets, so it is not a data problem. 


If anyone has experienced before and can help that would be amazing
