We have resources that we have assigned to tasks for the next few months, booked out. How are we able to see our resources in calendar view?




Each bar in the calendar will only display the text from the Primary Column of the sheet or report. It's not currently possible to display any other column in the Calendar View task bar, but this would be a great opportunity to submit a Product Enhancement Request.

As a potential workaround, I would suggest creating a conditional formatting rule that applies a specific color to the task bar based on the person in the contact list column.
