RGYB Ball Color not showing on report intermittently

I have a report that pulls a summary row from various smartsheets. I have a column in these sheets titled Progress Indicator. I have a nested IF statement to show the correct ball color. I just noticed that some of the sheets are pulling in the actual ball symbol and some are giving me the text name of the color. When I go to the smartsheet this is pulling from, it shows the RGYB ball color correctly. I checked the forumulas, capitalization, etc. There does not seem to be any difference between the sheets showing the ball symbol color and the text name only? Anyone else run into this? Here's is the forumula I am using: =IF([% Complete]8 = 1, "Blue", IF(ISBLANK([Due Date]8), "", IF([Due Date]8 <= TODAY(), "Red", IF([Due Date]8 <= (TODAY() + 14), "Yellow", IF(AND([Due Date]8 > TODAY(), Status8 = "In Progress"), "Green", "")))))

The first thing I would check would be the sheets that have the text shown are the same type of Symbols column. I would assume they are, since you say the sheet looks OK, but I would check.

Second thing I would check would be to create a copy of the Report and see if that works differently.

I have not seen this behavior before.

To say time, I would provide the publish link to one or more of the sheets and the report in question in your initial email to them.

i am having a similar issue, the coloured ball cannot be selected it is in the report only for some reason. In the master file everything is ok.

I have called Smartsheet and left a message. It said the support team were in a meeting.

Hi,

nope, the issue isn't reolved. I have reports with some cells with the text for Red/Green etc in, and some showing the balls.

There seems to have been quite a lot of flakiness issues recently. Should we be concerened?

Agreed Roland, I just checked my reports and even recreated to see if it would resolve. Still having same issue.

I am having exactly the same issue using Symbols in reports, I have emailed support so will see what they have to say.

Support have fixed this for me, I suggest anyone with the issue also contact them, as I think they need to do something specific to your account.
