Row Locking Now Requires Paid User
For the past 3 years I have had free license users managing a sheet and locking rows. Seems as of yesterday they lost the ability to lock rows and the annotation states that they need to upgrade to a paid user in order to do so.
Can someone confirm this is the new normal? Maybe provide a link to a announcement that states this change was coming? I cannot seem to find anything when searching the forums or Google.

Unfortunately, yes. I can confirm! Smartsheet recently made a change that impacts free collaborators and unlicensed users and what they can do.
