Send notifications "daily" or "weekly", but not in middle of night

Is there a way to not have smartsheet notifications sent at 2:00am? (e.g. on call people have to have their email notifications audible 24/7)

I'm afraid the time of day these types of notifications are sent are set on a global level, correct?  Any workarounds?  I would love to be able to have these be sent daily at 8:00am - or if they're weekly notifications, then on Fridays at 8:00 am.  Help?
