I am interested in sending each of my team members a weekly Temperature Check survey. I created a new sheet to collect their responses, and a form with the questions.
I believe i have an automated workflow set up so that an alert is sent to each team member every week at 2:00 pm on Fridays.
In the Message, I included a link to the Smartsheet form.
- Is this the best way to do this? I do not want to include any columns from the sheet in the e-mail alert, but the message with a link to the form. Is an Update Request better? I couldn't see how I can automatically include a link to the form.
- I plan to manually enter the week in the sheet with each new submission. (I have a Created by column that auto enters the date of the submission, but I'd like to easily know which submissions were submitted in certain weeks of the quarter.) Is there any way to have the form auto submit the week number (without having to manually change the default value of a hidden field)?
