Sending approved requests to Outlook Calendar

I am looking at creating a form that will allow my team to submit requests to go into the field for work. This is part of their job and I just need to make sure it is more formally captured with information about where they are going and what they are doing. 

Can I create a form and then once I approve the request it adds it to Outlook Calendar?
