Setting an alert of Green Status

Hello everyone,

I am very new to SS and would like your help on the following topic:

When the Status goes to Green (only on green) to send an e-mail to a specific person. All that I am getting is everytime I change status to any color will send the e-mail.

I believe they are looking to add this functionality in the near future in SS. See the Conditional Notifications enhancement.

Sonia and Tim,

This exact problem can be solved using Azuqua, an integration partner of Smartsheet. I work for Azuqua and the conditional notification scenario you referred to is one of the many scenarios we enable inside of Smartsheet.

Using Azuqua you can set up a monitor for a change either to a row, column, discussion or new row added to a sheet and then send a notification to a person assigned to that row. The notification can also be based on matching a specific condition of a cell inside that row as well. In your specific case, you can set the workflow such that when the cell equals "Green" then it would send a notification to the person you specify, which can also be the person assigned to that row.
