Hi,

we would like to share an inventory sheet to all of our company employees and I'm searching for a solution that will prevent the fact that I need to type every single email addresses into the share function. Does anyone has an idea on how we can do this?

Hi Audrey,

The easiest way would be to have contact groups for the company set up, and I would recommend creating a Workspace that everyone can access because then you would only need to add the sheet and other objects to that Workspace and it will be automatically shared and accessible to everyone.
