Hi Grant, what level of Smartsheet do you have? You can do this on the trial version or you need the team level or higher to do resource stuff. If you have the package you need, then on your sheet where you want resources, right click any column and choose Project Settings, from there select the resource management. There is where you can set up your resource viewing. I hope this was helpful.

    Peace!

    Grant,

    Here's more info:

If you are a Sys Admin (or know someone in your account that is), then under

    Account Admin| User Management

each user can be added as a Resource Viewer.

This requires the user to be a licensed user.

Heidi's answer applies to who can be SEEN in the Resource View, not who can SEE it.

As Heidi implies, each sheet that will be used for resources must be set to have Dependencies and Resoure Management enabled.

This can be done by any user with Admin privileges as long as they are in your system (if you gave me Admin privileges in your system, I couldn't enable them)

Users (licensed and unlicensed) can be tracked.
