Sheet Sharing
How are you all using smartsheet with your team?
Is everyone in the team an Admin? Do you have one Admin and others who have assigned tasks within the sheet are Viewers or Editors?

For our main purpose we have just a few Admins with the rest of the team as collaborators. One of the reasons is for the complexity of some of the parent / children formulas. If everyone was admin, my formulas in locked rows and columns could accidentally get deleted which would remove the overall functionality of the sheet.

Is everyone else on your team a licensed user but not admin or are the Admins of the group the only licensed users and your sharing with the others of the team?

The admins are the licensed users.

Same here. We have one licensed user and about 250 collaborators. We have somewhat similar projects, so having one person manage the creation of the workspaces is fine, and then all the collaborators can use the sheets as needed.
You have to be careful with the rights you give your users, as SS does not have real backups (only excel exports), so limiting licensed users is a good form of data security.
