Source data for chart has changed - charts need to be rebuilt?

Hi - 

 

Is anyone else seeing an increase in this happening? I have 2 separate clients reporting an issue where dashboards are displaying this message yesterday and today, yet the data is there and available. Just wondering if a recent update is causing this?

    Hi Sean,

    The message you're seeing means there has been a structural change to the layout of the data used within the Chart widget. For example, it's possible the columns on the source sheet have been rearranged or the column type has changed.

    I'd recommend updating the Chart Widget or reversing any structural or column property changes made to the source sheet (for instance, move columns back to where they were or change their column types back). Keep in mind, in order to make some of these changes, you must be either the owner of the items or shared as an admin.
