Subtracting dates

I have an excel sheet that subtracts dates. The formula is as follows:

=IF(P4="","",NETWORKDAYS(P4,Q4)-SIGN(NETWORKDAYS(P4,Q4))) This formula works.

When I use it in Smartsheets, the formula is as follows.

=IF([POC Date (Planned)]3="","",NETWORKDAYS([POC Date (Planned)]3,[Actual/Pending Date]3-SIGN(NETWORKDAYS([POC Date (Planned)]3,[Actual/Pending Date]3)))

I get a response of (UNPARSEABLE)

Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?

At a quick glance, I can see that you aren't closing your first networkdays function. But I am also seeing that the SIGN function isn't a valid function for Smartsheets: https://help.smartsheet.com/functions.

=IF([POC Date (Planned)]3="","",NETWORKDAYS([POC Date (Planned)]3,[Actual/Pending Date]3)-SIGN(NETWORKDAYS([POC Date (Planned)]3,[Actual/Pending Date]3)))

Thanks for the help...To get around the (SIGN) condition, I used the below formula.
