System Down?
Not getting a connection to smartsheet at all at the moment.
No other problems with our internet connection.
Nothing on the system status,
System flaky over last few days (reports, emails to office)
I used to tell my users that it was a good dependable system, not at the moment.
Any idea?

For how much we spend each year on this product, it does seem to fail a lot. I really hope the move to a new datacenter substantially speeds up page loads and increases reliability.
It would a shame to see such a great product fail because of system reliability and responsiveness.
