Unable to Export to PDF

I've seen that others are starting to report a similar issue on the community board.

I was unable to export PDF's following the last upgrade of the system, and the same issue is back today.  This has a real impact on the way I use Smartsheet, and is becoming a tytpical frustration.

Smartsheet, can you comment on why this happens following updates please?

  • First time I have experienced this issue as I am a first time user. I need to submit a schedule today and can't extract my information. 

    How long does this take to fix? I will probably need to evaluate other options if this is a common occurrence.

    Sounds like you've been unlucky here David.  Last time the issue was resolved on around 48hrs from memory. 

    Can't normally say enough good about Smartsheet, but as this function is directly related to reporting it is debilitating on a rather immediate level.
