Uploading Users / Resources

Aloha, new to Smartsheet set up from scratch.

Using free 30 day trial and tried to load users (80), but seems it surpassed the max allowed number. do you guys know how many we can use?

Also, please help understand how to avoid sending email notifications even when the upload FAILED.

Hi Ozzie,

In the individual plan, you're probably using it's limited to 10 collaborators per item.
