Hi everyone!. I´m from Argentina and 1)thanks for helping :)  2)sorry for my english! :(

I need to learn how to use a logical formula in SHEET A to copy an entire line to SHEET B, if one of the columns of the line to be copied has a "R" status ("R" from "restriction" that line has)

When entire line appears in SHEET B, I need to process/edit it to change "R" status to "OK" status. When this new status changes in SHEET B, I need to delete "R" status in SHEET A.

So my formulas have to be something like:

1) IN SHEET A:  =IF "R"; copy entire line to SHEET B

2) IN SHEET B: =IF "R" changes to "OK" then DELETE "R" from SHEET A

I´m working on construction management, in a template for LAST PLANNER SYSTEM...a methodology for LEAN CONSTRUCTION...so restrictions in activities are very important to define and resolve...

Thanks again...waiting for some help! in...3...2...1....

    Hi Dany,

There are a few different ways to structure a solution.

How many rows can there be in the sheets? How many columns can there be in the sheets?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

    Hope that helps!

    Have a fantastic weekend!

    Best,
