Users in the account

Is there a benefit to having users in the account that are not licensed? What would differentiate these users from being a collaborator?

What is the difference between Resource Viewer and Collaborator?

The main benefits to having people on your team that are unlicensed are that you can use them in resource management and you can manage them as users of Smartsheet.
