Using Web Form to Update different sheets

I am using Smart Sheets as a work order tracking tool for multiple properties. I would like to use one standard web form with either a drop down list or check box of properties. When a user selects the property they need service, the sheet attached to the property would be updated. One web form with direction to update multiple sheets based on property location. Can this be done natively using smart sheets or via VB code or Macro.
