Web form setup

Hi all,

I have a little issue with web form setup. How can I switch off checkbox >Send me a copy of my responses<. I don't see it in a web form on my pc, but it's still there when I open form in my mobile device. I don't need it, so how can I switch it off?

Hi Marcin,

There's a setting in the Form Set up > Form Options > Enable Confirmation Email.

Thanks for your speedy answer, but the point is that I have this checkbox unchecked bu this option is still available in mobile view. Please have a look at the screenshot.

That's strange! I looked at two different forms in my mobile browser, and it's working as intended. In one I see the option, and in the other one, I don't.

Could it have something to do with that the option is automatic when you require them to be logged in?

That is the only difference in the forms that I tested.
