Weekly Automated Staus Emails to Clients

I'm running a landscape installation company in Smartsheet and I'd like to set up a way to send an automated weekly email to the client's email address stored in a contact column with their jobs that are coming up in the next few days. In my sheet, each row represents a job and I have a start date.

I see that I can filter for the date and I'm guessing that if I have it send the row to that client's email from the Contact column it will filter by the client. Will it aggregate the rows in one email or send out an email per row?

I'd recommend setting up an automatic weekly alert.

It would be an email per row. Depending on how many clients you have, you could build a report for each client and have that report sent on a weekly basis. This would limit clients to receiving the single email with a list of the jobs vs the client receiving multiple emails, one for each job.
