Workspace Logo

Can anyone tell me if there is a limit to how many logos you can import?
I am trying to add a logo to a workspace, which I have done successfully on previous occassions. I am currently using 3 different logos but need to add a further one, however I am getting an error message suggesting that the format of my logo is not one permitted, even though it is very definately a JPEG.

Hi Natalie,
No limit, but your image dimensions may differ too far from what Smartsheet can accept. Your image needs to be scaleable to 200x60 pixels (quite small).
If your image is scaleable to those dimensions and you're still getting an error, contact our Support team to troubleshoot further: https://help.smartsheet.com/contact
