Getting the runlog data references in Bridge consistent would be really helpful. For example, referencing the row id from a column value change trigger is

{{runtime.event.rowId}}

but referencing the row id from a row added trigger is

{{runtime.event.id}}

I recently had an instance where the column value change stopped working the way it had been. The fix was to adjust the trigger to when a new row is added. I then had to modify multiple modules within the workflow to update the row id reference.

There are a few other instances where the reference for the same data type could be different depending on the module or trigger, and consistency would make workflows easier to build and maintain.

You must reduce the number currently used to be able to create new schedules."

This took me by surprise since I couldn’t find these limits documented anywhere.

Support confirmed there’s a limit of:

40 repeating schedules

20 one-time schedules
(per Bridge account)

This has a pretty big impact if you’re using dynamic scheduling, and it’s not mentioned in the docs at all.

If anyone has run into this and has found a good workaround (other than a single parent schedule triggering child workflows), I’d be interested to hear it. I’m trying to avoid stacking everything into one flow in case a failure blocks everything downstream.

Also worth noting—this took over 2 weeks to get a response on a time-sensitive ticket, and it was closed right away with no chance to follow up. Would be good to get some clarity from Smartsheet on whether this is something they plan to address and why it isn’t documented.
