• Increased Navigation: Moving the edit button to the opposite side of the screen from the edit interface creates unnecessary swiping. This breaks established muscle memory and adds friction to frequent administrative tasks.
• Edit Resizing: The auto resizing of the dashboard widgets when the edit interface opens is jarring and nauseating. It makes it difficult to maintain focus when making iterative changes.
• Formatting Regression: Since the update, the rendering of existing text and links had shifted, and not in a good way. It's forcing me to manually reformat dashboards that were previously stable. This is a significant time sink for those of us managing complex, high-level reporting.

I would strongly urge the product team to reconsider these UI functions or, at the very least, provide an option to revert to the previous layout functionality. Efficiency and stability are most critical for those of us relying on Smartsheet to manage scaling operational workflows. New features or layouts must be incremental and seemless to the user experience. Not throw it into chaos.

The current account holder is no longer employed with Ambipar. We need to have the primary account contact and ownership transferred from that individual to me.

I'm hoping someone can help because I've been trying to resolve this with Support for a while without success.

Our company's Smartsheet account was originally set up by a colleague who has since left the company. The admin role was transferred to my manager, who gave me admin permissions as well.

Since then, I've had constant issues accessing our workspace. I was only able to open shared sheets in Chrome Incognito mode, and my manager had to send me a new sharing link almost every day because the old ones stopped working.

Now I can't access our company workspace at all. Even when I sign in with my company account, Smartsheet logs me into a different account with a free subscription instead of our company's paid workspace. My manager is also unable to restore my access by sharing the links again.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to get this issue escalated? We've submitted multiple support tickets, but no one is coming back to me on this.

I have a Pro plan and I'm assigned as a Member. The workspace and all the sheets under it owned by me. When I try to reference another sheet, the select range pop-up appears and allows me to select the range. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear as a range in the formula once I select it and turns out as an "#Incorrect Argument Set"

I have other sheets that i have created in the past and were working fine. Afte rcouple months I tried to edit some formulas in those, which I am the Owner again, but no luck. It just gives me the below go pay for it error:

Please help. When I try to connect to technical support All I could reach to was an AI bot telling me to pay more to get support otherwise use this community. A little bit frustrating to receive pay us more approach in this business model ut have no luck at this point I guess..

I'm trying to build a system that can take that information daily and generate an elegant pdf that can be signed to verify the report is accurate. Document Generation seems to be my best bet but might not have the flexibility to include all the rows that happened that day. A sample of what I'm trying to accomplish:

Is there any way to summarize an unknown amount of rows for each day into a fillable pdf through Smartsheet? Thanks in advance for your help!
